terms of service

by ordering a commission from me, you accept the following terms:gen
-I have the right to decline commissions if I'm uncomfortable or it's hard for me.
-The artwork is for personal use only. I will not accept any commercial use commissions, or commissions to be made for profit.
-I can only take one commission at a time
-Communication is thru email
-be specific in telling me what you want your commission to look like! send clear references of poses, the facial expression, their clothing, etc.process
I will allow three revisions. One major, and two minor.
-It is my first time doing commissions. i am unsure on how much time each piece will take, but it should be finished in about 1-5 days to 2 weeks depending on the complexity.
-finished product will be sent through a google drive link or e-mail.
-you can ask for WIPS any time!payment
-pay full payment up front, before i start working on anything.
-available payment methods as of now are:

-NO REFUNDS after you've approved the sketchpersonal
I hold the rights to the art work and I am still allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to post on any social media for the sake of promotion.
- Anytime the work is shown, credit to me (@qcnahs) or a link back to my social media accounts must be provided clearly.
-I DO NOT ALLOW MAKING AI ART/NFTS WITH THE USE OF MY ART IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.things i will and will not draw:yes
